Dodd Electric and Engineering
was licensed in 2002, and the owner Simon B. Dodd has been an electrician since 1985. Simon’s experience first started in Naples, Florida on, such projects as the Naples Philharmonic Arts Hall. Later projects included the Hollywood 20 movie complex in Tampa, Florida and Empress Cruise line ships in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Simon worked as an electrician while attaining an Electrical Engineering degree from USF, Tampa, FL. While working as an electrical engineer, Simon designed electrical systems and supervised electrical contractors on such projects as the Tampa Bay Water Treatment Plant on state road 301, Tampa, Fl. Since Simon formed Dodd Electric, Simon has remodeled many custom homes and a multitude of commercial businesses throughout Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. Dodd Electric, with its team of electricians follow Simon’s example in providing the highest quality of craftsmanship and customer service.
